Description
The Dickson Inlet is the gateway to the Great Barrier Reef from Port Douglas. The mangrove waterway channels are a haven for crocodiles, birds and Barramundi. The Idyllic calm waters reflect the mangrove forest, and it is one of my favourite places to hang out.
I have used approximately twenty layers of pigment and oil washes to achieve reflective, heightened depth and colour in the whimsical shapes and formation of the mangrove composition.
